Teeing Off

This is "Teeing Off".

I made this card using the Small Die of the Month Club by Spellbinders. This kit comes with the golf accessories along with fishing accessories, which I will make for tomorrow.

I certainly enjoyed making this card, even though I don't golf. But I do know a lot of people who do golf, so this card will come in handy.

My card base is Neenah Solar white 110lb cardstock. I die cut the top panel using the Neenah as well and attached it to my card using foam along with Art Glitter glue.

I coloured the club using Copic 110 on the handle and several layers of Catherine Pooler Silver ink on the head, then glued the club in place on my card. (I cannot remember the name of the framing die I am using here, I am sorry to say).

For the tee I used the die that is included in the set, and those tiny pieces to make up the ball. Yes, time consuming and I did not do a good job of attaching them!

Using Pinkfresh Ink in Sky Blue along with A Colorful Life Cloud Edger stencil I stenciled in the clouds. I then added the grass using Pinkfresh Ink in Grassy Knoll.

I then added the sentiment strip which is another stamp and die set that I collect from Spellbinders Club of the month, this being attached using foam strips.

On the inside of the card I added the grass like we are walking along the fairway and attached the hole die along with another sentiment from the sentiment strips stamp and die set of the month kit.

This is what the sentiment stamp and die set looks like, along with the sentiments and as you can see there are many sentiments.

Thank you for joining me today. I do hope you have enjoyed my card. I will be back tomorrow with the fishing card I have made.

See you next time.
