This card I painted for our Watercolour Challenge at Splitcoaststampers where Brenda has picked this video for our watercolour challenge this week.
For this card I am using Daneil Smith watercolours being French Ultramarine, Indian Yellow, Hooker's Green, Sap Green and Burnt Umber. I made a couple of lighter colours using the Burnt Umber for the tree.
I did not want the bleeding that Debbie showed in her video, so I wated for the paint to dry then added in the green shading.
I also added splatters once I finished the painting for further interest.
Once the paint was completely dry I trimmed the watercolour paper and using Art Glitter glue attached it to the Gina K Designs Sweet Basil card base.
Thanks so much for dripping by. I do hope you have enjoyed my watercolour for today.
See you next time.
