Bunny Couple

 

This is "Bunny Couple".

For this card I am again using Betterpress Spring Bunnies. To colour I am using Distress Ink in Abandoned Coral and Carved Pumpkin.

My embossed background is from Honey Bee and called Spring Medley. As it is a busy pattern I kept the piece all white.

However I did draw a grass mound using Copic YG25 for the bunnies to be standing on.

For the colour on the bunnies I decided to keep just the stamped colours as shown in the pictures. This is one of the nice things about Betterpress, often no further colour is needed.

When pressing for the bunnies I also added the sentiment, which is done using Betterpress black ink. For all the items I added foam dots to the backs before propping up on the page.

For the inside of my card I again embossed another piece using the Honey Bee embossing folder, and cut a couple of inches to use inside the card attaching to a piece of white cardstock.

I then stamped the sentiment which is from the Bitsy Blooms stamp and die set that I used yesterday and shown here.
