Meet Fur Baby.

The dog silhouette is such a great stamp to have in your stash as it works for any dog related card and the position the dog is in is perfect. You can even see where the collar is and the flopped ear.

I am doing this card today for Technique Junkies, which is showing on their blog found here.

I decided I wanted to keep my card Clean and Simple, which would show off the dog image nicely.

For the card base I made two puddles, one with Distress Oxide in Salty Ocean and the other using Distress Oxide Twisted Citron. I spritzed each puddle only once as I was working on cardstock.

Doing one colour at a time, I did a bit of smoosh and tap and allowed it to dry naturally, which kept the card from distorting.

The dog panel is die cut with a Spellbinder die. I stamped the image in my mini Misti using VersaFine Clair Ink in Nocturne. I added fun foam to the back of the panel to attach to my card base.

Adding the card back in my mini Misti, I stamped the sentiment using the Nocturne ink.

To finish I added a few gumdrops in the colours I used.

Thank you for joining me today. Following are Affiliate links for the products used for today’s card, at no cost to you.
