Love and a Dog.
This is my card for today’s Clean and Simple Challenge at Splitcoaststampers, where we are celebrating the dog days of summer.
I drew my paw, albeit it, I didn’t do a great job on it. But, it was fun to do anyway.
Using a #8 round paint brush, I wet the area of the dogs pad and dropped in the colours, adding more colour until I was happy with the look.
I then did the toes using the same method.
Once dry I splattered with the paint colours I was using in the paw, along with Titanium White Acrylic paint.
On a A2 side card using my mini Misti I stamped the sentiment using VersaFine Clair ink, then attached the dark and medium hue cardstock and stamped the sentiment agin. I die cut the paw piece using my deckled circle die, attached it to fun foam, then attached to my card.
To finish I added a few gumdrops.
I very much enjoyed making this card. Thank you for visiting today. Following are Affiliate links to the products I have used, at no cost to you.
