Meet Inspire Me.

Today I am up on the Scrap’n Stamp Blog with this Clean and Simple card using my new Alcohol Pearl inks.

These inks are fabulous, and now I want all of them of course. I wish you could see how pretty they are IRL. If you have not tried them, please do. I am sure you will be very happy with them.

To start I first die cut my Yupo paper with Spellbinders Matting Basics die as one does not want alcohol inks on their dies.

On my Yupo piece I added the blending solution on an angle, then dropped in the colours. The set I am using includes orange, yellow and red. I did not want to use red, so instead I used Alcohol Ink in Citrus.

I kept my piece flat until I added more orange, then let it flow around the yellow. I then set the piece aside to dry.

Using Gina K. Designs stamp set called Inspiring Poppies I stamped the sentiment from the set, which I think is perfect for this type of card. To finish I attached my piece to yellow cardstock, then added Nuvo Crystal Drops.

I hope this card inspires you to try these inks. Following are Affiliate links to the products I have used on today’s card at no cost to you. I have listed Canadian links first, followed by USA links.
