Winter Hugs.

This is a very easy card to make using a stencil, some glacier paste, die cuts and heat embossed sentiment stamp.

The stencil is one of the beautiful designs from A Colorful Life Designs called Snowflake Net. I first sprayed my stencil lightly with the Pixie Spray as this the glacier paste would be difficult to get off should it run under the stencil. I then die cut a stitched rectangle die using 100lb cardstock, and applied the glacier paste, leaving a bit of white space, then put it aside to dry.

Again using 100lb. cardstock I die cut the the winter and the winter shadow pieces. On the winter piece I coloured using Copic Markers in B12 and B14, then glued the pieces together using Nuvo Adhesive.

Using left over 100lb cardstock I coloured a strip using the B14 Copic Marker. I prepped the piece with my embossing magic powder, then stamped the HUGS sentiment using VersaMark Embossing Ink, along with heat embossing with Nuvo Glacier White embossing powder.

To finish up using 120lb cardstock for my base, I attached the stencilled panel, then added the die cut sentiment, along with the stamped sentiment which is propped up on foam squares. A few sequins finished the card.
